I was and still am getting the blank Bank Login screen and am running Windows 10. The ALT key doesn't do anything for me. Only got it to work by changing the video display setting after I entered data for every screen/prompt. Do not see any characters in the prompt while entering the data until after changing the video display setting each time. Will make me think hard about using TurboTax next year and may also consider moving my funds away from Schwab into my other brokerage provider.
