I purchased a deluxe version for NY and the filing is complete. I purchased a CD from Costco for a Premier version, but it includes NY as the state and needs to be AZ. I have filled in the purchase order for AZ, including CC info already, and I think the state file has been downloaded but I never checked the box to download NY. I actually request a refund for paying for AZ which should have been the state included with the original CD.
