I think I found the issue. In 2020, I entered contributions in the 8889 form on line 2, but as I look at it, there is an instruction "Do not include employer contributions, contributions through a cafeteria plan or rollovers." In 2021, I did not have any value in that field. If I made all contributions through my paycheck, the amounts should not go here correct? If that's the case, 2020 is incorrect and I need to fix that while 2021 is correct I think?
