This answer could not be more incorrect. It says does it match your letter; it doesn't say "does it match the total of both letters?" Just because you know the answer in advance of seeing my question doesn't mean it's not ambiguous. It literally says Does 4200 match what is on your letter(s). 4200 does not match what is on my letters. Why is that so hard to comprehend? Nowhere in the software does it say "Add together if you got two or more letters." It ONLY says "does this number match what is on your letter(s) and it most certainly does not (and in my case not even if I add them together.) So when nothing matches, adding them or not, how do I know for certain that the software intends for me to add the total of each letter? I'm not the only one who was confused by this so please don't just call people stupid because the software isn't clear on the matter.
