Turbotax instructions claim that Hawaii has (in the what's new section) says "The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit is amended by clarifying when and how members may claim the credit, requiring taxpayers to file federal Form 8609 to claim the credit," but does not appear to include that form or a way to include it in your return.
