This is my situation; I am a resident of Wyoming. I am presently in Germany and will be for past the due date. I need to use a Private Delivery Service (PDS) for sending my tax return WITH payment. Private Delivery Services do not deliver to PO Boxes (which appear to be the only addresses available WITH payment).
... eFiling is not an option.
My question; What is the physical (none PO Box) address a person from Wyoming using a PDS uses for sending a 1040 WITH Payment?
