Tax Year 2020 I had Schedule 1 (Form 1040) Additional Income and Adjustments to Income page appended. This was because I was renting my house to a friend below market rate. Turbo Tax listed it in Part I Additional Income section on Line 8 Other income.
Tax Year 2021 I have stopped renting the house. I DO NOT NEED to list Other income this year. However, TurboTax is flagging it for review. it is asking me to check this entry during the final review. It says "Other Income Statement: Other taxable income for the taxpayer or other taxable income fore the spouse should have a value".
I'm sure TurboTax copied the Other Income line from Tax Year 2020 to Tax Year 2021, but I do not need it. How do i get rid of this entry?
