When I clicked the hyperlink for the check for solution, got another dialogue box that said, "Sorry, a solution to this issue was not found."
Have uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled 3 times, 1 of which after deleting the files in Task Manager as discussed in other threads here.
Same message.
Called Support, got the call back with terrible feedback so agent said he would call me back. I know...what were the odds, so of course, no call back 45 minutes later.
Any help appreciated. Or else back to Costco for a refund and switch tax software after almost 10 years with TT.
