this is the most maddening thing I have ever dealt with. I have T Tax Deluxe, prepared my taxes, federal & state of Ohio. I filed and had accepted my federal return, my state will cost me $25 to efile, fine. I can't get past the payment screen with multiple different credit cards. My cards are fine, I use them for other things. I call the T Tax help line to pay by phone and what a joke. I actually feel sorry for the folks I spoke with who are completely unprepared to deal with anything like what I am dealing with. I spent 43 minutes on a call last evening with someone helping me only to leave with no resolution. I still have the problem today so I come home and try to Efile my state of Ohio again, exact same problem. I get on the phone again tonight after a 25 minute hold time and talk for 35 minutes before I can't take it any longer and we disconnect with no resolution. I am trying to spend my money and TTax can't seem to figure out how to take it. I will use a stamp tomorrow and save the $24+ dollars but more importantly I will never use this **bleep** product with **bleep** service ever again and this is legitimately the 25-30 ish year I have done my own taxes this way with T Tax. One snafu and horrible customer service (pleasant but completely unprepared or incompetent) will lose you a life long customer. I am glad there are other options out there and shame on you TTax, I expect a whole lot better from your company.
