can dependent/my son and I both efile.. he files his tax return with "some one can claim: you as a dependent box checked" he is 20 and he make only 6K still I take care 100% college expense. Can I claim him as dependent in my tax return and file? I read if same SSN comes in 2 different returns one of them rejected we have to file manually... is that the case in my situation? Please let me know
