- Do you have a W-2 from your employer? If you do, the federal tax withheld is in Box 2 and the state income tax withheld is in box 17.
- Did you not get a W-2 from your employer and you want to file using your last paycheck stub?
- Do you have a form 1099 NEC or 1099-MISC?
- Are you self-employed?
- What income are you reporting?
