QUESTION for TURBOTAX EXPERTS- 1099B from Etrade wont download into Turbotax, after MONTHS trying! Error message: no tax info in Etrade account. We're Reporting MASSIVE disallowed wash sale losses. Form 8453 requiring Entire 128 page Etrade 1099B be submitted by mail separately is triggered, ONLY when already reported wash sale number is inputted manually on Turbotax. No other CG/L amounts trigger form. If reported disallowed wash sale amount has already been reported to the IRS, WHY in the World do we need to send in additional 128 pages of line by line sales??
