Contributed $6k in after tax dollars and converted to Roth IRA immediately.
Form 8606 has the following fields filled:
#1 - $6000
#3 - $6000
#14 - $6000
All other fields are zero. I think 14 should be 0. 8 and related lines should be 6000.
