The actual form does NOT show up in the list of forms or if you search for it. It appears to be generated when you are able to complete the instructions (that they have not made available) in the 2021 program. Your situation may be a bit difficult as you are needing to do an amended 2021 return The taxes you paid on it with either what was withheld or covered from a normal refund from other income is not carried over into 2021 or 2022. This seems to be one of the biggest issues that people are having this year with owing taxes when they didn't for 2020. You will probably need that money to pay for the amended 2021 return.
