I paid $100.00 in November 2021 to download Turbotax. It worked & I was able to start WITHOUT the license number. Today and numerous computer problems later, I am challenged for the number which has none of the locations listed in the Intuit Help pages. Finally I went to the online version, paid another $59.00 and completed my tax. I have, and have had for more than two years, a Turbotax account. This should be enough to support license identification. Can I get my $100.00 back?
