"5000 paid already" - how was this paid already? As withholding?
Looking at the 4868, you are saying that you put $5,000 on line 4 and $3,200 on line 5, so line 6 is $1,200 and line 7 is zero?
Do you have a copy of the 4868? Can you give us a screenshot of it (with any personally identifiable information redacted)?
