Be prepared, this is a total goat rope. It took me hours to create IDMe, scan in passport, DL and SSN card to verify, then it didn't "quick" verify didn't work so had to wait a couple days for them to offer a video call to verify. Once done, quickly logged into IRS to see our 2020 transcript, and guess what--the 2020 AGI that IRS shows for us is exactly the number we've been using. We have tried every suggestion, do zero for me (spouse), do zero for hubs, do zero for both, etc. My fastest reject was 23 minutes, hahaha. Very frustrated!
