MichelleLO, again...the downloads page will NOT accept the license code I was given when I bought the product from an outside vendor. The page even states that it is for the CD download version. I have an online download license. I was only able to downloaded TurboTax using a link provided by the vendor, not through Turbotax. All I want to do is add the license code to my account.
And again, please take note that I already tried calling customer support twice which was discussed in length in my initial post.
