It seems part of your contribution was automatically made nondeductible because of your income and retirement plan at work. Therefore, you will only enter the part that was not made automatically nondeductible.
For example, you contributed $6,000. $1,500 were automatically made nondeductible because of your income. On the "Choose Not to Deduct IRA Contributions" screen it will say that you have $4,500 deductible traditional IRA contribution. You will select to make it nondeductible and enter $4,500.
This will result that $0 are deductible as shown on the next screen.
