This should go under the federal "Deductions - Medical" section of Turbotax. It will apply to Schedule 1 lines 1 thru 11.
However, be aware that if your total deductions (medical, mortgage interest, education, etc.) do not exceed your "standard deduction", $12,550 for single filers, $25,100 for joint filers or $18,800 if head of household (for 2021), then it won't matter. You're better off taking the standard deduction.
