In 2020 I took money out from my 401k. When I filed my taxes for 2020 I declared this and opted NOT to spread my payments over 3 years. I am trying to file my 2021 Taxes, but the software warns me that I can’t file yet because Congress is still working on passing some laws about this situation. Do I need to wait on this or should I click “No” on the question about taking out a disaster distribution in 2020?
