I have the same issue. I double checked everything and my 2021 numbers are correct but on the "Let's get the details on your 2021 income..." screen it shows a negative amount for my income in the "Investments & Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, Cyrpto) row; which is completely incorrect. I triple checked my amended return and the amount filed was correct and much different than this number (for starters positive but many 10's of thousands different). Not sure what's wrong with the software here but since this is just a contextual summary and my 2021 income number is right for that line item I must ignore it; just confusing.
