Please confirm that you've updated your TurboTax. Clear your cookies and your cache. You may have to reboot your computer.
To manually enter your 1098-E Student Loan Interest form:
- Open (continue) your return in TurboTax if you don't already have it open
- Select Federal on the left side navigation bar.
- Select the Deductions & Credits tab at the top of page.
- Scroll down to Education and select Student Loan Interest Paid (1098-E) and Start/Revisit.
- Continue with the onscreen interview until complete.
