I have been resident of Virginia and working for Delaware client and have received w2 with 2 state withholdings one for delaware and another for VA? do I have to file for both states? and if I have to go for itemized deduction for state how can I deduct the state payments for Delaware? I mean since virginia does not allow itemized if federal is standard can I do itemized for Delaware if going for standard for federal and virginia?
