Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Hi Macuser_22,  the error message window that pops ups reads, " Oh dear. TurboTax ran into a problem and has to shut down.  Next time you launch TurboTax, be sure to install any updates we offer before you work on your taxes again." 

I did not choose the 'Visit all' option.  I chose under the Personal tab, 'Personal Income' sub tab, then choose the option to choose what to work on.  I chose the Miscellaneous income option (things that don't appear on a 1099) - the very bottom option.  I started to put in data, about the 5th or 6th line down, when typing in the 'description field' the error message appears.  (This is the same location is has crashed previously under my other Mac account).  In previous years I have never filled out this data or area since I did not have anything to declare. 

The Mac console did not generate a 'Crash Report' but did generate a 'Log Report'.    The file is called: 

com.intuit.turbotax.2021.2022-04-05_20-37-20-2920000.log

I deleted the ~Library/Caches/KSCrash/ data (yes - a folder was generated), and trashed the file.  I emptied the trash.  I restarted TurboTax with the same exact error message that I started with.  

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
