Thanks, Robert. I'll take your advice, however, would that give NYSIT the right to charge me interest and penalty if they figure that they're due the dollars? Also, I was planning not to follow up with them and merely let the state figure things out on their time. Is such a good approach or should I endeavor to call NYSIT?
