3. No rental income on timeshare. The timeshare company sent us a form, I don't have it in front of me but I'm assuming it's for the annual tax we pay. Does that go on any form?
- Yes, if you can itemize deductions this should be entered under property taxes (Deductions and Credits > Your Home)
4. What do you mean by "(earnings staying in the 401k do not have to be reported)"?
- Money that is put into a 401(k) is taken from your earnings so if the money is not removed it remains in the 401(k) tax free.
