I filed UT State and was charged $20.00
I opted for audit protection $45.00
Sounds like UT should have been included. Why was I charged another $20?

It took a month or so to figure out that if I am using a downloaded or CD version I don't need an online account. It is confusing with all the layers. So I say to the original poster of this question, you aren't alone! I haven't found a place where any of this is clearly stated by Intuit. (page 1 information!!!)
