If you can't pull up your 1099 and overwrite the corrected fields yourself, you can delete the 1099 and import the corrected one. To do this you can follow these steps:
- Within your return in TurboTax Online search for 1099-XXX.
- Click the Jump to link in the search results.
- If you get to a 1099 summary screen, delete the 1099 income line you want to correct with the trash can icon.
- Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.
- Click on Delete a Form.
- Scroll down to your 1099 and click Delete if it is still there.
