The 5 digit pin is a number you created and only you know - it is not recorded anywhere unless you wrote it down somewhere. If you don't remember your filing pin and are trying to e-file, use your AGI from last year's return.
For identification purposes, you need to enter either last year’s Self-Select PIN or adjusted gross income (AGI). You do not need both.
