I suggest you file for an extension. That will give you an additional six months to resolve this.
If you owe taxes I suggest you pay them now. You could be charged interest and/or penalties if they're not paid.
When you go through the FILE process you will find that you can choose an extension. A 1040-Voucher will be printed if you show that you owe taxes on your return.
