I’m trying to e-file my daughters taxes and they are being rejected based on the AGI. I got the number off of her on line account from last year. She did file an amended return but that is still the number I come up with.
it was suggested that I try entering 0 for AGI and that was rejected also.
I just tried entering that she didn’t file last year and it came back again for AGI.
Frustrating!
Any other suggestions before I just print and mail?
