I have asked this on live support, but i want to get this confirmed...
After typing the control number from box d on w2, and clicking continue, the w2 would import if the control number is recognized. Is that correct? i tried a few times and i was just taken to the next page and it was always all blank, no boxes auto-filled. Also, i have a 2-row control number here. This is for a NJ w2 so this is the first time i had trouble with this. I usually have a PA w2. i work remotely from PA. Company is in NJ.
