No prompt to make cost basis adjustment after indicating incorrect cost basis

I have a transaction for which the cost basis is wrong. In the past, the right way to do this was to click the box saying cost basis is wrong, but leave the wrongly reported cost basis on the initial page. Then later (maybe next page), you get the option to put in the corrected cost basis.

 

I am not seeing this option this year, at least for this particular transaction. On the next page, I am asked about a bunch of Situations such as "Is this an ESOP", "Is this a worthless security" etc. When I select None of these apply, it just finishes the transaction without the option to enter the correct cost basis.

 

One issue may be that the "Date Acquired" is listed as Various on the 1099 since the shares are from a spinoff. I don't know if that is the reason I am not getting a prompt.
