TurboTax message says I paid but did not efile

I'm receiving a message from the efile section of turbotax desktop version saying I paid the tax due but did not efile and need to efile by the deadline.  I didn't try to efile but did have a glitch where the system hung and I had to reboot. The return had routing and account numbers in it. There are not funds in the bank account to pay. I want to make sure there isn't an attempt to pay under way.  How do I find out the cause of this message and whether turbotax submitted a direct tax due payment filing using the routing and account numbers?
