However, even if I knew where you are located ( you no can post Personally Identifiable Info here --- this is open to public), I still would not be able to help you with finding tax professional. Would suggest talking to others -- because while there are lots of tax professionals in any area, not all are well versed in all areas. There is a very good source -- an IRS publication of Tax Professionals that have signed and agree to comply with circular 230 --- here is a link to this list, it is by zipcode --> https://irs.treasury.gov/rpo/rpo.jsf
Note that unless you expect to challenge and IRS ruling and therefore need representation, it may be much cheaper to deal with an AFSP -- these cannot represent you but most often can do all the rest of the work and at a much less cost. Of course this is my personal opinion and others may disagree ( I am assuming here of course that all you want to do is to bring you back in compliance at the least expense ).
