There is an alternative method to get to the Injured Spouse form (form 8379):
- In TurboTax, open your tax
return
- Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then
on Other Tax Situations on top of the screen
- Scroll down to locate
the section Other Tax forms on Show more
- Click Start next to Report an Injured or Innocent Spouse claim (see attached screenshot).
