I'm trying to get to the 8379 form/injured spouse. When I follow the 'jump to' directions, it's taking me to the Health Insurance section of my return...

There is an alternative method to get to the Injured Spouse form (form 8379):

In TurboTax, open your tax return
Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Other Tax Situations on top of the screen
Scroll down to locate the section Other Tax forms on Show more
Click Start next to Report an Injured or Innocent Spouse claim (see attached screenshot).
