I'm trying to get to the 8379 form/injured spouse. When I follow the 'jump to' directions, it's taking me to the Health Insurance section of my return...

There is an alternative method to get to the Injured Spouse form (form 8379):

  • In TurboTax, open your tax return
  • Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Other Tax Situations on top of the screen
  • Scroll down to locate the section Other Tax forms on Show more
  • Click Start next to Report an Injured or Innocent Spouse claim (see attached screenshot).
