I am having the same issue repeatedly. Using TurboTax Home and Business 2021 for Mac desktop. I am using a MacBook Pro running Big Sur. Was able to install, run all updates and import data from last year and work on it for roughly one week. A few days ago when filling in a field on a 1099 A and/or 1099 C (under Miscellaneous income) section an ‘O Dear TurboTax has crashed…’ message occurred. This locks the programs up and am unable to continue. I have followed the various instructions for completely uninstalling TurboTax, all the associated library files, etc, emptied trash. The same result numerous times. Have completely un-installed and removed all associated files, caches, etc 4 or 5 times. Also called TurboTax tech support and spoke to 2 different support people. One support person walked me through the uninstall and reinstall process (as I had done before) with the same exact result (same error). Is there any other suggestion on how to fix this issue?
