Yes it does but when i look back at last year's return it show the initial amount in took out in line 5a and then the 1/3 amount in 5b and in between both boxes says rollover. This year it just shows the 1/3 amount in 5b. I am assuming this is fine but just looks a little different. I am able to see the form now when i preview the tax form.
