i did the zero thing and same mssg. ps went to re enter the last years pin # it doesnt appear on hard copy does getting a updated pin correct this issue ,,, ps where do i find the pin # on 2021 return to see if i enter it wrong is their some special magic post i put that in the search box nothin found
