Turbo tax has been doing all of our tax returns for more than 5 years. Turbo was paid to filed 3 state and the federal returns.
All were accepted except Alabama. We have rental income but no taxable income from Alabama. We have never lived or worked in Alabama. Turbo tax sent an e-mail that the Alabama return was rejected. I do not know why or what to do. They were paid to do it correctly. It is exasperating to received no instructions on how to correct the status to an acceptable manner. It is very frustrating. You can't talk to a person. What am I do do
