Hello,
I am trying to finish my taxes and have to complete a form.
I am confused on a few things.
First I see where it says:
CAUTION!
?
Coronavirus-related distributions cannot be made
in 2021
I took out of an old 401k that I had due to loss of employment due to Coronavirus - but this seems to say that I would not be eligible?
But the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 - in late December there is a provision or people to take from their retirement account without taxes and penalties.
Am I missing something or not understanding?
I am also not sure what to put here for the Disaster ending date, name, etc?
