Have same issue here and I only have about 400 trades so i don't it has to do with the number of trades. Has anyone post this issue here been able to successfully import from E*Trade yet as of 3/31? Paid extra money for the Home and Business TurboTax version for the import function, been doing this for the last 5 years with TT and this is the first time having issue with the import.
