This has frustrated me for two weeks with repeated rejections, went to the hassle of IDMe video conference to get verified, got our IRS transcript and the AGI they have listed matches what I'm entering. Came up with same idea of using zero but that got rejected too. Guess we'll have to snail mail, hope that doesn't mess up efile next year too! Was happy to see that it wasn't just me with this issue!
