Maryland state tax deadline extended to July 15 but TurboTax shows deadline April 30. Can I cancel and pay the state directly like I did when Fed tax deadline delayed?

I set up the payment in TurboTax to be sent April 30, but was curious to see if the state payment can be cancelled in TurboTax then submitted to the state comptroller directly in July. Thanks!
