After following your directions my review of the 1040 shows the 1/3 distribution in box 5b but it does not show the 8915-E form anywhere on the federal review. Once I got the figures into the form it shows I owe more taxes like it should but the total of IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) summary doesn't show the distribution amount?
