Enter both W-2s and check the Paid Family Leave box on the one that has the entry on Line 14. PFL is taxable on your federal return, so you won't see any changes in your federal refund by marking that box. But some states do provide a tax exclusion for PFL income. Marking the box ensures TurboTax doesn't tax the income on your state return if your state does not tax the income.
