Open up TurboTax and once you are in your return, search the term "1095-A" and then click on "Jump to".
- The first screen says "Before we ask about your Form 1095-A, we need to ask about some other information" answer the question and click Continue.
- On the next screen "Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan?" This is the page you are looking for. It doesn't say purchased insurance through the marketplace, it says did you receive Form 1095-A, which means did you have insurance through the marketplace. This is where you can change an answer.
