I received my letter from the IRS stating exactly what my refund would be… my deposit from TPG was over $3000 short of my actual refund amount.
I agreed to pay TurboTax/Intuit $219 in fees for the filing of my taxes…
where is the rest of my refund ? This is theft and racketeering. If I do not see the remainder of my refund by the end of the week, I am contacting a Federal prosecutor about criminal charges… we may have agreed unknowingly to not file a class action lawsuit, but we are not forbidden from filing criminal charges .
